Matchmaking for bilateral meetings

Dear participants,

on this page you may arrange bilateral meetings with other conference attendees who have agreed to share their information.

How does it work?

1. You will have time for four personal meetings during the conference.
2. Please wait for the responses of the participants you have requested for a bilateral meeting before requesting more.
3. In the form below, please select the person you would like to meet from the drop down options, and fill out the required information.
4. You can only select one meeting partner per request. After your request has been sent, please close the tab and repeat the process for the next person you would like to meet.
5. If you schedule more than four meetings, we will need to cancel the most recently scheduled meeting.
6. After your request has been sent, you will receive a request confirmation email and a meeting confirmation or decline, depending on the response of your meeting partner, for each of your requests.

Meeting slots

You will have time for four meetings in the afternoon of the conference. Each meeting will last 30 minutes.
